Efo Riro is a rich traditional vegetable soup in Nigeria, it is native to the Yorubas of Western Nigeria. Efo riro is made mainly from Lagos spinach (Efo Soko) and Efo Tete. Water leaves and Pumpkin leaves are can also be use to in preparing Efo Riro.
Some of the ingredient needed for preparing Eforiro are (depending on your budget), assorted meat and fish, Shaki (cow tripe), Smoked fish, Dry fish, Stock fish, Palm oil, Spinach, ground crayfish, onion etc.
